They then melt this down and blend with other components to form synthetic wood. They generate no waste during manufacture and can again be completely recycled. The finished wood requires no maintenance. They can make this wood to look like any natural timber, it is stronger, more consistent and will last longer.
I found this new material quite impressive with its ideal qualities. Its finish is very believable, even the cut ends looked like the texture of natural wood! A great turnaround for what was waste material.
