This landscaped area on the north side of Tower Bridge is thriving with foliage, it has brought the sound and movement of vegetation onto the promenade and has also seperated the river walk from the car park, creating two distinct areas.
Thames Barrier Park was designed by Landscape Architect Alain Provost. It is in the Docklands and has been designed to promote modern development in the area. The main feature is the filled in canal which has been planted with linear 'wave style' hedges, it is interesting but seems like a waste of space (it is designed to be aesthetically pleasing but is poorly maintained).

This is Jubilee Park, amongst the high rise buildings in Canary Wharf. It was designed by Jacques and Peter Wirtz and provides a space for the office workers to relax surrounded by trees and central water features. It is a beautiful space, with changes in level giving open areas and quiet peaceful zones.
